Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service!,
ordered NEW from Amazon vendor – both packages are plastic sealed all the way around. They were both cut open at the bottom. Tried both of them, they got in about half way and they were no longer stable at the base where the prongs are assembled. Best guess is they were a return item! I know this is a great tool – but a poor product and Amazon sent me opened packages.

|Prongs too thick.,
Prongs are too thick for begginers. If this is the first time for you using this type of cork remover, don’t expect to master it right away. You’ll be drinking wine with floating corks for a while, before you can pull off this tricky removal method. You can find intructional videos all over the net, but you’ll soon find out that it is not as easy as it seems. The trick is to do a back and forth motion until the prongs are in all the way, then simply twist and pull.

|impressive toy for guests or picnics,
I first saw a two prong wine opener in the hands of a wine-connoisseur and decided i had to have one.
The Pedrini two prong corkpuller serves its aesthetic purpose well, it’s cheap, but it bends out of shape after a good bit of use. I would say for practicality, any plunger/screw wine opener works faster and more consistently (sometimes the two prong pushes the cork in if you’re not careful or tipsy).
I would recommend this to anyone who feels like they can look cool for a whole 5 minutes as they wiggle this thing in around the cork. It’s also slightly more satisfying getting a cork out with this thing if you’re into complicating easy tasks.
